The Ultra Light Startups Legal Roundtable is an informal forum in which technology entrepreneurs ask questions on legal topics and have them answered by attorneys from top law firms specializing in fields of interest to tech startups. Attendees will benefit from having their own questions answered and also by listening to the answers provided to others.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unlike other Ultra Light Startups events there will be no "introductions by elevator pitch" at the Legal Roundtable and anyone can attend. We hope this format will be a great value for entrepreneurs seeking to understand the legal landscape for startups without engaging in costly private consultation. Please come prepared with a list of questions.&lt;br /&gt;

The event will take place outdoors, under tents, and will take place rain or shine (sorry, no refunds). A limited number of tickets will be sold. Once the event sells out, no additional tickets will be offered. Everyone who purchases a ticket will get in. If you really love great beer, this is a not-to-be-missed festival!

This is a 21+ event. No one under 21 will be admitted—including designated drivers who must be 21+ as well. Only those 21+ with valid photo ID will be admitted. No exceptions. For the safety of everyone at the festival, no infants, strollers, or pets will be allowed. Please plan accordingly.

	<description>Long Island City’s Water Taxi Beach serves as a fun-filled setting for the first annual LONG ISLAND CITY CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL! More than 25 of the country’s best breweries will be on hand to offer samples of their amazing beers—more than 50 in all!
 
The LONG ISLAND CITY CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL will be held at Water Taxi Beach (2 Borden Ave, LIC NY 11101) on September 12, 2009 and will offer two sessions to accommodate everyone and their schedule.
 
Session I: 12:30PM - 4:00PM (doors open at 12:00PM)
Session II: 5:30PM - 9:00PM (doors open at 5:00PM)
 
Be there to experience the flavors of award-winning breweries from the country’s greatest craft brewers—including Dogfish Head Brewery, Thomas Hooker Brewing Company, Allagash Brewing Co., Clipper City Brewing Co., Four+ Brewing, Great Divide Brewing, North Coast Brewing Co., Stoudts Brewing Company, Uinta Brewing Co., Victory Brewing Company, and others.

This is not surprising as woman entrepreneurs are use to starting businesses on a shoe-string budget without outside capital, they are known to be overly cautious about hiring full-time employees and often opt to use freelancers, they grow their businesses gradually based on grass roots market demand and not at the instance and pressure of outside forces. The results are strong and sustainable agile companies that are not racked with debt and bogged down with unnecessary employees. They are therefore able to quickly respond to changes in the market.&lt;br /&gt;

	<title>Learning the Secrets of Women Entrepreneurs</title>

		&lt;p&gt; Though women-owned businesses are facing the same economic difficulties as other businesses across the country but they appear to be coping with the difficulties in such a way that they are surviving and in many cases thriving when other business are not. In fact, according to a recent survey of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) members more than half say they have no plans to reduce employment and nearly 25 percent say they actually plan to add jobs this year. This is not surprising as woman entrepreneurs are use to starting businesses on a shoe-string budget without outside capital, they are known to be overly cautious about hiring full-time employees and often opt to use freelancers, they grow their businesses gradually based on grass roots market demand and not at the instance and pressure of outside forces. The results are strong and sustainable agile companies that are not racked with debt and bogged down with unnecessary employees. They are therefore able to quickly respond to changes in the market.&lt;br /&gt;

The Great American Beer Festival is the American brewing industry's top public tasting opportunity and competition. The GABF gathers practically every type of beer from all of the regions of the country, and they are arranged geographically on the festival floor. 	<title>Great Tucson Beer Festival</title>
	<description>An evening of beer tasting at the ball park. The cooler autumn evenings are just perfect for a get together with friends to taste a wide variety and styles of beer brought to you by brewers and breweries from around the Southwest.
 
Also on tap are hors d’oeuvres to sample (included in ticket price), games such as horseshoes and steer roping and the excellent music. Our VIP section is full of extra benefits, including entry an hour earlier at 5 pm, a souvenir tasting mug, catered food provided by Agave Restaurant of Desert Diamond Casino, and a special wine garden.

Every penny of the proceeds benefits the local reading and information service for people who are blind or otherwise print-disabled, Sun Sounds of Arizona.
